Here, you can see that the weightage of unit 2 Algebra is the highest. Algebra alone contributes 25% of the whole class 10 Maths syllabus 2022-23. You definitely, can't ignore it. On the other hand, Number Systems and Coordinate Geometry carry only 6 marks each. 

Class 10 Maths Internal Assessment Marks

As stated above, there will be 80 mark theory question paper and the rest 20 marks will be given by the schools as internal assessment. Here is the mark distribution of these 20 marks.

You must note that all exams conducted by the school during the academic session will be covered in 10 marks only. But you will get 5 marks each for Portfolio and Lab activities separately. So, you must focus on these two segments too.
